What Vera can and can’t do without your approval

Vera is designed to do real work — not just answer questions. Because that work can change records, pay, and policies, Humavera draws a firm line between what Vera can do on its own and what always requires your approval.

Reading is free; writing is not

Anything that only reads data, Vera answers directly. Ask it about attrition, headcount, payroll trends, or skills coverage and it responds immediately, because nothing is being changed. Analytics and lookups never need a sign-off.

Every write goes through plan, preview, approve

Any action that changes something — creating a record, adjusting a salary, running payroll, updating a policy — follows the same pattern. Vera builds a complete plan, shows it to you before anything happens, and executes only once you approve. There is no path by which Vera writes to your organization without a human yes.

A complete audit trail

Every approved action is recorded: what Vera proposed, who approved it, and exactly what changed. The trail is exportable, so you can always show what happened and who authorized it.

The rule is simple to remember: if it reads, Vera answers; if it writes, you approve.
