Importing employees from CSV

Bringing your existing workforce into Humavera does not require a services engagement. You can import employees from a CSV file, and the importer is built to handle the messiness real HR data always has.

Dry-run mode

Every import can be run as a dry run first. Humavera parses the file and shows you exactly what would happen — which records would be created, which would be updated, and where there are problems — without writing anything. You only commit once the preview looks right.

Deduplication

The importer detects duplicates rather than blindly creating new records. If a person in your file already exists in Humavera, the import recognizes them instead of producing a second copy.

Foreign-key resolution

Real employee data is relational: people belong to departments, report to managers, sit in locations. The importer resolves these references as it goes — connecting each employee to the right manager and department rather than leaving loose text values behind.
