How AI credits work

Vera, the AI built into Humavera, runs on credits. Every plan includes them — including Free — so you can put the AI to work from day one without a separate contract.

Included credits come first

Each plan comes with a monthly allotment of included credits. When Vera performs a generation action, it draws from that allotment first. Included credits reset at the start of each billing month; they are a recurring monthly allowance, not a balance that accumulates.

Top-up packs when you need more

If you use your included credits before the month is out, you can buy top-up packs. Packs range from the Starter pack at $99 for 1,000 credits to the Max pack at $3,299 for 50,000 credits, with two sizes in between. Top-up credits are only drawn after your included credits are exhausted.

Top-ups roll over

Unlike included credits, top-up credits roll over from month to month. Anything you purchase and don’t use stays in your balance. So the order is always the same: included credits first, then top-up credits — and only the top-ups persist.

Before Vera runs any action that consumes credits, it shows you the cost. You confirm before the credits are spent — there are no silent charges.
